摘要
利用液体石蜡作溶剂,根据热致相分离的原理,通过双螺杆制备了超高摩尔质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)微孔膜;并研究了不同聚合物初始浓度及助剂对微孔膜的结构和性能的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和水通量,孔隙率等测试表征方法得出,随着聚合物初始浓度的增加,膜的孔隙率、水通量都逐渐降低,而拉伸强度和断裂伸长率则逐渐增强;助剂SiO2和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)能使孔隙率、水通量增大。
Using liquid paraffin as solvent, according to the principle of thermal phase separation, UH- MWPE microporous membrane was prepared by twin-screw. The structure and properties of the microporous membrane with different concentration of UHMWPE and additives were studied. Scanning electronic microscope (SEM) , water flux and porosity were used in characterization. The conclusion was that membrane porosity, the water flux decreased with the increase of the polymer initial concentration, while the tensile strength and fracture elongation gradually increased; additives SiO 2 and PVP enables porosity, water flux increased.
