糖尿病大鼠低密度脂蛋白糖化率与动脉壁胶原含量变化的关系 被引量:18

The Relationship between LDL Glycation Rate and Collagencontent Changes of Arterial Wall in Diabetic Rats

摘要 为探讨糖尿病大鼠低密度脂蛋白糖化率与动脉壁胶原含量变化的关系,将糖尿病大鼠并分为糖尿病组(DM),糖尿病氨基胍治疗组(AG)和对照组(C)。测定血糖(BG)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LCL)、糖化低密度脂蛋白(G-LDL)及其糖化率(K)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、动脉壁Ⅳ型胶原(CIV)和Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)。 DM组和AG组的BG水平高于C组(P< 0. 01),但各组间的 TG、TC和LDL水平无差异。DM组和 AG组的HbAlC、和 K值显著高于 C组( P< 0. 01)。 DM组的动脉壁CIV和PCⅢ含量高于AG组和C组( P<0.01);K值与 CIV和PCⅢ含量呈正相关,(r分别为0.806和0.851, P<0.01)。实验结果提示G-LDL参与动脉壁的早期脂质沉积和胶原增加,是糖尿病动脉粥样硬化病变的重要促进因素之一。 Objective:To investingate the relationship between LDL glycation rate and collagen content changes of arterial wall in diabetic rats. Methods: Diabetic rats were divided into 2 groups: diabetic rats (DM) and diabetic rats treated with amino - guanidine (AG) and a group of nor- mal rats served as control (c). Blood glucose (BG), triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL), glycated LDL (G- LDL) and its glycation rate(K), glycated hemoglobin (HbAlc), arterial wall collagen Ⅳ (CIV) and precollagen Ⅲ (PCⅢ) were determined. Results: Bolld glucose in DM group and AG group was much higher than in C group (P <0.01), but there was no significant differences of TG, TC, and LDL levee in each group. HbAlc and K values were much higher in DM group and AG group than in C group (P <0.01). CIV and PC Ⅲ content was much higher in DM group than in AG group and group(P <0.01). There was positive correlation between K value and Contents of CIV and PCⅢ in arterial wall (r=0.806 and 0.851) respectively,(P <0.01). Conclution: G-LDL may contribute to the early lipid de-position and collagen in the arterial wall,and may be one of the important factors in promoting the atherogenic changes in diabetic rats.
