摘要
本实验研究以D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠为研究对象，探讨了三才汤氯仿提取液对小鼠脑SOD、Na、K+－ATPase活性及MDA含量的影响。结果表明三才汤氯仿提取液能显著提高小鼠脑SOD、Na、K+－ATPase的活性（P＜o．o1），降低脑MDA含量，提示三才汤氯仿提取液可延缓小鼠脑衰老。
D-galatose-induced senile mouse model was used to evaluatethe effect of Shan Chai Tang on SOD. Na+. K+-ATPase activities and MDA level in mouse brain. The resuits shown that the extract enhanced the ectivities of SOD.Na+.K+-ATPase(P<0.01) and deceased MDA level in the mouse brain. Therefore San Chai Tang has antiaging astion to the mouse brain.
