缺氧缺血性脑病患儿血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶的测定及意义 被引量:6

A study of Serum Neuron-Specific Enolse (NSE) Levels in Patients with Hypoxia-Ischemia Encephalopathy

摘要 本文采用酶免疫分析法测22例缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血清中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的变化.结果表明,HIE组血清中NSE含量明显高于对照组。按临床症状分组,重度HIE组NSE水平比轻、中度组明显升高.按窒息程度分组中变化不明显.结果提示,NSE可作为早期判断HIE脑损伤程度的生化指标,且为临床预后提供依据。 Serum samples taken from 22 patients with hypoxia-ischemia encephalopathy (HIE) were determined with enzyme immunoassay using a kit for the measurment of NSE. Inereased concentration of serum NSE was found in patients with HlE. In the groups based on clinical symptoms, the NSE level in the severe group is much higher than that in the mild and moderae groups.There is no difference between the groups based on Apgar scores. The results suggested that NSE can be used as a biochemical index to early evaluate the degree of HIE bran injury and provide-basis for clinical prognosis.
