摘要
文章采用项目成本测算方法测算成本 ,来估算并比较不同干预措施间发现、治疗和治愈 1例结核病人的成本。结果显示初治和复治结核病病人每发现、治疗和治愈 1例结核病人的成本均以世界银行项目最低 ,卫生部项目次之 。
Thepaper,usingthemethodofcalculatingcoststhroughcalculatingprojectcosts ,discussesthe estimationandcomparisonofcostsinvolvedintheprocessofdiagnosing ,treatingandcuringoneTBpatientviadiffer entinterventionmeasures.Theresultsindicatethatthecostofdiagnosing ,treatingandcuringoneTBpatientinthe firstandsubsequenttreatmentsiswithoutexception ,thelowestinthecaseofWorldBankprojects.Itissecondlowest inprojectsoftheMinistryofPublicHealthanditishighestwhennoprojectsareinvolved .
