摘要 女性盆底功能障碍（female pelvic floor dysfunction，FPFD）是指盆底支持结构缺陷、损伤造成的功能障碍性疾患，主要有压力性尿失禁（stress urinary incontinence，SUI）、盆腔器官脱垂（pelvic organ pro lapse，POP）和女性性功能障碍（female sexual dysfunction，FSD）。多发于中老年女性，严重影响病人的生活质量，传统的手术方法，切除病人的子宫，行阴道前后壁修补术，
