摘要
对冷疗法的疗效及冷疗作用方式、温度对冷疗效果的影响进行综述,认为冷疗法在膝关节置换术后的疗效国内外文献报道差异较大,在冷疗法的具体操作方式、作用温度及理论依据、冷疗对深静脉血栓的影响、冷疗停止指标等问题尚存争议。
It reviewed the curative effect of cold therapy, its mode of action,and the influence of temperature on the effect of the cold therapy. It thought that there was difference in the literature report between in abroad and at home on the curative effect of cold therapy for patients after undergoing knee replacement surgery. There are still controversies in the specific operation, acting temperature and theoretical evidences of the cold therapy, influence of cold therapy on deep vein thrombosis and its stop indicators.
