摘要
目的优选仙鹤草的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以仙鹤草中总黄酮和总多酚含量为指标优选其提取工艺。结果优选提取工艺条件为仙鹤草加8倍量50%乙醇,回流提取3次,每次1 h。结论确定的工艺合理,有效成分提出率高。
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Agrimoniae Herba. Methods Using the contents of total flavonoids, total polyphenol as the indexes, the extraction technology was investigated by the orthogonal design. Results The best extraction technology was as follows： adding 8-fold amount of 50% alcohol, extracting 3 time, 1 h each time. Conclusion The optimum extraction technology can be rational and result in high extraction rate of active constituents.
