摘要
介绍了用锰和微量元素合金化的球墨铸铁的化学成分及热处理工艺 ,该铸铁硬度 (HRC)≥50 ,冲击韧性≥ 1 0J/cm2 ,性能优于中锰球铁 ,而生产成本与中锰球铁相当 ,并研究了等温热处理。
This paper introduces the chemical composition and heat treatment technology of spheroidal graphite cast iron with manganese and trace element alloying,its hardness(HRC)≥50,impact toughness≥10 J/cm 2。Its performance is better than middle manganese spheroidal graphite cast iron,but the cost of production is equal to middel manganese spheroidal graphite cast iron.Research on the isothermal heattreatment is also made.
