摘要
目的观察中药漱口治疗幽门螺杆菌(HP)的疗效及护理指导。方法 76例HP阳性患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组予以中药漱口加三联疗法,对照组予以三联疗法。2组在服药期间同时给予护理指导。结果治疗组治愈率为90%,总有效率为95%,对照组治愈率为39%,总有效率为72%(P<0.05)。结论中药漱口加三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染引起的慢性胃炎效果显著,也是一种疗程短、安全、高效,更为经济方便的根除方案。
Objective To observe the gargle in treatment of Helicobacter pylori（HP）patients and nursing guidance.Methods 76 cases of HP positive patients,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group to gargle with triple therapy.Control group was treated with triple therapy.Two groups during the medication and nursing guidance.Results In the treatment group,the cure rate is 90%,the total effective rate was 95%.The control group,the cure rate is 39%,the total effective rate was 72%（P0.05）.Conclusion The gargle with triple therapy for Helicobacter pylori infection caused by chronic gastritis effect,is a kind of short course of treatment,safety,high efficiency,more economic and convenient eradication programme.
