摘要
针对高校青年教师实践动手能力差且提高实践能力机会有限的问题,提出通过参与指导学生科技竞赛的方式可以使青年教师建立完整的综合知识体系,培养创新思维和创新能力,提高工程实践能力和教学能力等其他综合能力。
In view of the problems of the weak practical ability and the limited opportunity to be improved for young college teachers,this paper presents a plan that through guidance of participating in the students science and technology competition, young teacher is able to establish a complete knowledge system,develop innovate thinking and innovate ability that not only contribute to increasing the engineering practice,but also be helpful to enhancing teaching ability and other comprehensive ability.
