摘要
在社会生活中,虽然执行的内容和要求不同,但每个人都有执行的义务。科学的执行既讲原则,也讲智慧。在具体的执行过程中,执行必须符合层级原则,正确对待越级指挥的问题;执行必须符合优化原则,坚决克服不谋而动的问题;执行必须符合应变原则,辩证理解服从命令的问题;执行必须符合法纪原则,有效排除人际干扰的问题。
Although the content and requirements are different in social life,each person has the obligation to perform.Scientific implementation must take both principles and wisdom.In the specific implementation process,the level policy must be complied so that the leapfrog command of the issues should be corrected treatment;the optimization principle must be complied so that the problem will not seek moving and resolutely be overcome;the contingency principle must be complied so that obedience problems will be dialectically understood;the law principle must be adhered so that interference problems will be excluded by effective interpersonal.
