摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗系统性红斑性狼疮前后血脂、血流变学、血小板凝聚率变化,借以评价治疗方案的有效性。方法系统性红斑性狼疮患者83例,随机分为两组,激素联合六味地黄丸治疗组和激素联合中草药治疗组。治疗前和治疗后2、4、6、8周检测血清脂类和脂蛋白;治疗前、治疗后检测血小板聚集功能和血液流变学。统计学处理所获数据采用方差分析和t检验。结果两组治疗后检测血清脂类比较P<0.01;其组内治疗前后比较P<0.01。两组治疗后检测血小板聚集功能和血液流变学比较P<0.01,其组内治疗前后比较P<0.01。结论中西医结合活血化瘀理血、调节免疫治疗系统性红斑性狼疮在血脂、血小板聚集率和血液流变学等方面明显优于六味地黄丸组,值得推广、但药物的剂型有待进一步研究。
Objective To explore the pre-post change of blood fat and hemorrheology and platelet aggregate ratio by integra- tion of traditional and western medicine to treat systemic lupus erythematosus, and it can assess the efficiency of this treatment options. Methods 83 patients of systemic lupus erythematosus were divided into 2 groups randomly. One therapy group Liuweidihuangwan combined with hormone, another is Chinese medicinal herb combined with hormone. 2,4、 6,8 weeks detect blood serum fat and lipoprotein; platelet aggregate function and hemorrheology by pre-post therapeutic contrast. The data is obtained by variance analysis and t test in Statistics. Results The two groups after treatment detect blood serum fat P〈0.01 ; the pre-post therapeutic con- trast within this group P〈0.01. The two groups compared after treatment detect platelet aggregate function and hemorrheology P〈 0.01, the pre-post therapeutic contrast within this group P〈0.01. Conclusion Integration of traditional and western medicine has ob- vious advantages over Liuweidihuangwan in promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis and treat blood disorders; it also has advantages over immune modulation to cure systemic lupus erythematosus in blood fat and hemorrheology and platelet aggregate Ratio. This way is worth promotion, but the pharmaceutical dosage form remain to be researched.
