摘要
预判能力是青少年足球运动员技战术水平的重要内容。影响青少年球员预判能力的因素主要有遗传因素、记忆因素、技战术规律因素和外源信息因素四个方面。针对这些影响因素研究认为培养青少年球员预判能力应抓住青少年的记忆敏感期,掌握足球技战术规律,强化视野训练并增加实战经验。
The ability to predict young soccer players technical and tactical is an important part.Affect the ability of young players to predict the factors that are genetic factors,memory elements,technical and tactical information about the law and exogenous factors,four factors.Studies suggest that these factors predict ability to develop young players should seize the sensitive period of the memory of young people,soccer skills and tactics to master the law,strengthen and increase the combat field training experience.
