Design of Safety Monitoring System for Tower Cranes

摘要 采用嵌入式Linux设计以S3C2440A为核心的带有操作系统的塔机安全监控系统,解决以8位单片机为核心的塔机安全监控系统中因无操作系统而导致不稳定的问题。系统硬件能够通过LCD实时直观的显示现场采集来的数据,并能通过网络远程监控塔机运行情况。系统软件设计包括交叉编译环境、U-boot编译、Linux内核编译和配置、文件系统、驱动程序和用户界面。采用MySQL数据库记录采集现场数据,通过用户界面对超出安全范围的数据给出报警信息,从而提高塔机工作的安全性。 A tower crane control system is designed by using of the embedded Linux operating system in which S3C2440A is used as the core. The instability problem of the outdated tower crane control system, with a 8-bit microcontroller as the core and without a op- erating system, is solved. Hardwares of the system can display the data collected from the field in real time though a LCD and realize re- mote monitoring of tower crane operation by means of a network. Software design of the system includes building a cross-compiler envi- ronment, U-boot compiling, Linux kernel compilation and configuration, file systems, drivers, and a user interface. This system can record the data collected from the field by MySQL database and give warning information for the data which exceed a safe range by the user in- terface to improve the safety performance of tower cranes.
