摘要
为了实现多点式木材蠕变量数据采集、传输、通信以及数据处理,设计一种以单片机89C52为核心的下位机和软件采用VC++6.0编写的上位机组成的木材蠕变测量系统。传感器信号通过MAX485芯片传输到分频器,分频后进入单片机,经MAX232芯片传输到上位机,实现上下位机通信。上位机可实现端口数据的采集、存储和图像绘制功能。该系统已经成功应用于工业测试,具有抗干扰能力强、整体稳定性较高及可长时间运行等优点。
In order to realize data acquisition, transmission, communication and data processing, we designed a creep measurement system based on 89C52 of lower computer and upper computer which is programmed by VC + + 6.0. Sensor signals are transmitted by MAX485 chip to a frequency divider and then processed by MAX232 chip and transmitted to the upper computer to complete the com- munication between the lower and the upper computers. The function of the upper computer is data acquisition, storage, image descrip- tion. The system has been successfully used in industrial test, which indicates it has advantages of strong anti-interference, high overall stability and long time operation.
