摘要
介绍了超临界CO2 萃取辛香料精油的小试情况 ,主要研究了用 0 1L超临界CO2 萃取装置萃取生姜、芫荽籽、砂仁和八角等辛香料精油的工艺、组成成分等方面的内容 。
The small experiment of extracting spicy essential oils with supercritical CO 2 was introduced.meanwhile the technologies of extractiog the spicy essential oils from ginger,coriander seed,fructus amoni and star anise with 0.1-litre supercritical CO 2 extraction unit and the compositions of extracted products were mainly studied.In addition the supercritical CO 2 extraction was contrasted with the traditional steam distillation.
