摘要
通过对国内外叉车用热轧门架槽钢进行金相检验及分析,找出了国内与国外叉车用热轧门架槽钢间的差距并给出改进建议。结果表明,国内比国外门架槽钢带状组织级别平均高2级,晶粒度平均低1级,且含有较多较粗的硫化物类、氧化物类、硅酸盐类等夹杂物。建议通过生产洁净钢、消除或减轻带状组织、细晶强化等方式来加以改进。
Through microstructure examination and analysis of hot rolled channel steel for forklift frame at home and abroad, the difference of hot rolled channel steel for forklift frame between internal and overseas was found out and the improvement suggestions were pointed out. The results showed that, for the channel steel in china, the banded structure grade was higher two grades and the grain size was lower one grade than those of the foreign products, and there were more and larger inclusions including sulfides, oxides and silicates. the suggestion producing the clean steel was put forward to improve the microstructure by eliminating or alleviating the banded structure and by fine grain strengthening.
