摘要
对两种不同铜含量的超低碳钢在400~600℃温度区间等温时效1h,通过透射电镜观察及维氏硬度测试揭示时效温度对铜析出的影响规律。结果表明:随着时效温度的升高,硬度值呈先上升后下降的趋势;铜含量高的钢(2.04%Cu)在时效温度为500℃时出现硬度峰值,铜含量低的钢(1.04%Cu)在550℃出现硬度峰值;在相同的时效温度下,铜含量高的钢的硬度值高于铜含量低的钢;在600℃时,两种实验钢的硬度差值减小。
Two kinds of ultra low carbon steels with different copper contents were isothermally aged in the temperature range of 400~600 ℃ for 1h, then the influence of aging temperature on the precipitation of copper was revealed by transmission electronic microscopy and vickers hardness testing. The results showed that, with temperature increasing, the hardness value appeared to have a decline trend after an initial ascent; the steel with higher copper content (2.04%Cu) appeared a peak value at the aging temperature of 500 ℃,but the steel with lower copper content(1.04%Cu) appeared a peak value at the aging temperature of 550 ℃; at the same aging temperature, the hardness value of the steel with high copper content was higher than the value of the steel with lower copper content; moreover, the difference of the hardness value between the two kinds of tested steels was decreased at 600 ℃.
