提高高炉原燃料质量实践

摘要 莱钢股份炼铁厂为确保高炉的稳定顺行,采用多种手段管控和改善原燃料质量,如:改善焦炭的反应性、反应后强度、耐磨强度,稳定入炉煤粉质量,烧结矿喷洒CaCl2溶液,引热风炉废气干燥焦炭等,使高炉各项技术经济指标得到提升,达到了稳定高效低耗生产的目的。 In order to ensure the steady and smooth operation of blast furnace in the ironmaking plant of Laiwu iron steel co., ltd., many kinds of means were used to control and improve the quality of raw fuel, such as ameliorating the reactivity, the strength after reaction and the abrasion strength of the coke, stabilizing the quality of pulverized coal feeding into blast furnace, spraying CaCl2 solution to the sinter, drying the coke by using the waste gas from hot blast stove, thus, all technical and economic indexes of blast furnace were improved, reaching the steady, high efficiency and low cost production goal.
