摘要
针对铁水兑入比例高、供氧强度大、炉盖散热条件差、除尘系统故障等原因导致电炉耐材小炉盖使用寿命降低等问题,采取相应工艺优化和改进措施,提高了电炉小炉盖的使用寿命。
Aiming at the reduction of service life caused by high HM ratio, large oxygen supply intensity,bad heat emission condition of furnace cover and faults of dedusting system, the corresponding process optimization and improvement measures were taken, and the service life of small cover of EAF was increased.
