摘要
同步工程是汽车开发不可或缺的一部分,而冲压同步工程更是重中之重,冲压件成形性分析是冲压同步工程中一部分,介于产品设计与过程工艺结构设计中间。冲压件成形性分析是验证冲压件产品设计的可行性,良好的成形性分析能够把前期产品设计和后期的过程工艺结构设计缺陷全部暴露出来,避免后期制造风险,有效地降低制造成本,同时保证产品品质。
Simultaneous engineering is a dispensable part of automobile development and stamping simultaneous engineering is the priority among priorilies. The formabiliiy of stamping parts is one of stamping simultaneous engineering, which is between product design and structure design of process technology. Stamping formability analysis will verify lhe design leasibilitv of slamping paris. And good tbrmability will reveal all Ihe design defauhs of process slructure design, both the pre-product design and post-process technology structure. Thus, it will avoid manufacturing risk, effectively reduce cost and safeguard product quality.
