摘要
在常温、加温和紫外线三种环境下,通过对Sol-Gel法(溶胶凝胶法)制备成的5%、10%及15%钛掺杂SnO2薄膜在乙醇、丙酮两种气氛作用下进行气敏反应前后的光反射谱测试,研究薄膜的返回特性。研究分析表明,加温环境中钛掺杂SnO2薄膜的返回特性比常温环境中的效果要好很多,返回所需时间能从十小时缩短至五分钟。此外,紫外光照射下返回特性较好,返回时间较短,而且更为安全、便利,相信在未来的发展中能有更广泛的应用。
Under the three environments,normal temperature,heat and ultraviolet light,we test the light reflection spectra of the 5%,10% and 15% Ti-doped SnO2 thin films which made through the Sol-Gel method(sol-gel) method,in ethanol,acetone to study the properties of the film to return.Research and analysis shows that the return properties of Ti-doped SnO2 thin films under heating environment are much better than room temperature environment.Furthermore,the time is reduced from 10 hours to 5 minutes.In addition,it has good return properties and time under ultraviolet light,and more secure,convenient.We believe in the future it can have wider application.
