摘要 对达托霉素的结构特点、抑菌原理、抗菌活性、临床应用进行综述,对其发展方向和前景进行探讨和展望,以期为达托霉素更深入研究与广泛应用提供参考。 To introduce the structure characteristics,antimicrobial mechanism and clinical application of daptomycin,discuss its developing direction and forecast its future in order to provide some help for more deep researches.
