摘要
公共管理部门的服务绩效研究已成为了学界的一个热门领域,档案馆作为公共管理部门的一个重要成员理应成为研究的对象。文章首先从研究的必要性与研究的意义入手,接着分析了档案馆服务绩效评估的五要素,最后提出了提升档案馆服务绩效的几点对策。
The research of service performance in public administration has become a hot area of academic, archives as public administration should become an important member of the object of study. The article analyzed firstly the necessity and significance of researching service performance of archives, then analyzed the five elements of service performance evaluation of archives, and finally proposed some to enhance the service performance of archives
