类风湿关节炎自身抗体、细胞因子及遗传易感性研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA）是一种以多关节炎性病变为主要临床表现的全身性自身免疫性疾病，我国的发病率为0．32％-0．36％，发病机制至今尚未完全明确。现已证明，多种自身抗体以及IL-33、IL-35、HLA—DRB1、PTPN22、PAD14等与该病的发生有密切关系。随着遗传、免疫技术的发展，对该病的研究和认识越来越深入，本文就可能的发病机制作一综述。
