357例尘螨变应原皮试阳性结果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解尘螨变应原的致病状况。方法应用阿罗格点刺试液,采用皮肤点刺方法进行皮肤试验。结果 357例尘螨皮试阳性者,其中粉尘螨皮试阳性323例,屋尘螨皮试阳性341例,粉尘螨和屋尘螨皮试均阳性307例。粉尘螨皮试强阳性(++++)211例,屋尘螨皮试强阳性(++++)235例。呼吸道过敏病与其他过敏病尘螨皮试强阳性程度比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),儿童组与成年组尘螨皮试强阳性程度比较差异亦具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尘螨变应原是变态反应病的重要致敏原,通常引起支气管哮喘,过敏性鼻炎等呼吸道过敏病,儿童的致病率常常高于成人。 Objective To understand the pathogenic conditions of the dust mite allergens.Methods The skin tests were made by the skin prick method using the prick reagents of the Allergopharma.Results The skin tests indicated that 323 cases were positive of the Dermatophagoides Farinae(D.F)allergen,341 cases were positive of the Dermatophagoides Pteronyssinus(D.P)allergen,and both the D.F and the D.P were positive in 307 cases.211 cases were strong positive of the D.F allergen by the skin tests,and 235 cases of the D.P allergen.There was a significant difference in the dust mite allergen strong positive degree between the respiratory allergosis and the other allergosis(P0.05),and also between children and adults(P0.05).Conclusion Dust mite is an important allergen inducing allergosis.The respiratory allergosis,such as bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis,is usually induced by these allergens.The pathogenic rate of children is usually higher than that of adults.
