摘要
在设施菜地条件下研究不同有机肥施用及耕作方式对花椰菜产量品质及肥料利用率的影响。试验安排2种耕作方式(浅翻、深翻)与3种施肥模式(不施肥、施有机肥、施有机肥与秸秆),设置6个处理。结果表明:与对照相比,施肥增加了作物株高和叶绿素含量,提高了蔬菜中还原型Vc和硝酸盐含量;土壤深翻显著降低了蔬菜硝酸盐含量,施有机肥和增施秸秆降幅分别为49.42,50.40mg/kg。秸秆还田可使有机肥料氮素利用率增加10.00%(浅翻)和0.11%(深翻),磷素利用率增加8.96%(浅翻)和1.40%(深翻),钾素利用率增加24.88%(浅翻)。单施有机肥时配合土壤深翻也可以提高有机肥料养分利用率。
In facility vegetable field,an experiment was carried out to study the effect of tillage ways and fertilization patterns on cauliflower growth and nutrients uptake.It set six treatments together,which was the combination of two kinds of tillage ways(shallow and deep plough) and three kinds of fertilization mode(no fertilizer,organic fertilizer,organic fertilizer incorporated with straw).The results indicated that fertilization could increase the plant height and the chlorophyll content,improve vitamin C and nitrate content,the content of nitrate could be reduced by 49.42,50.40 mg/kg after deep plough.Straw incorporated with organic fertilizer could increase nitrogen use efficiency by 10.00% and 0.11%,phosphorus use efficiency by 8.96% and 1.40% and potassium use efficiency by 24.88%,organic fertilizer combined with deep plough could also increase fertilizers use efficiency.
