摘要
为了研究植物中的生物活性物质采前处理对切花瓶插寿命的影响,试验以切花菊为材料,采用不同浓度的花椒浸提液(母液浓度的50%、60%、70%、80%、90%)喷洒田间切花菊植株,花蕾后期采剪下来置于室内散射光下,在瓶插期间分别测定叶片、花瓣的过氧化物酶、叶绿素、丙二醛和花青素含量,并测定细胞膜的相对电导率。结果表明,一定的花椒浸提液母液浓度采前处理能降低瓶插期间切花菊花瓣的细胞膜相对电导率,增加叶绿素、花青素的含量,提高过氧化物酶的活性,抑制丙二醛的产生,从而延长切花菊的瓶插寿命,其中70%的花椒浸提液母液浓度处理的瓶插寿命最长,保鲜效果最佳。
In order to study the effect of active components in plants on the vase life of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.cut flowers,different concentrations of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.leaching liquor（liquor concentration of 50%,60%,70%,80%,90%） were sprayed on the C.morifolium plants.The contents of peroxidase（POD）,chlorophyll,anthocyanin,malondialdehyde（MDA） and the cell membrane relative conductivity in leaves and petals were measured.The results showed that Z.bungeanum extract liquor preharvest treatment could decrease the cell membrane relative conductivity,increase the chlorophyll content,anthocyanin content,increase POD activity and inhibitate the production of MDA.Therefore it prolonged the vase life of C.Morifolium cut flower.The effect of 70% Z.bungeanum extract liquor concentration was the best.
