文中介绍了石德棉纺针织有限公司从原料采购到生产过程直至售后服务全过程中 ,进行质量控制的经验。主要包括 :保证优质棉纱的几点做法 ,在织造过程中进行质量把关的具体操作 ,及如何建立用户访问制度和信息反馈制度。特别指出纱疵点在坯布残疵中所占比例约有 50% ,提高产品质量应首先从保证棉纱品质优良做起。
