摘要
为防止生产加工过程中香精的无效释放 ,羊毛及其混纺织品的芳香整理以成品整理最适合 ,因此采用浸渍法工艺进行芳香整理。首先在 60℃～ 70℃ ,pH 9.5左右 ,浴比 1∶10～ 1∶2 0条件下 ,加 5%阳离子化剂CM使羊毛纤维改性 ,然后在 4 0℃ ,浴比 1∶10～ 1∶2 0条件下 ,加 2 0 %～ 2 5%芳香整理剂UC 380 1浸渍 2 0min～ 30min作芳香整理 ,焙烘温度宜在 90℃以下。经芳香整理后的纺织品留香时间约为半年至一年。芳香整理剂UC 380 1有玫瑰、茉莉、桂花等香型。
