摘要
目的探讨改进术前备皮方法的必要性。方法总结1999-2010年医院普外科、胸外科、骨科、泌尿外科及妇产科临床应用改良备皮法降低医院感染率的效果。结果应用改良备皮法即术前皮肤准备只彻底清洁而不剃除体毛的方法,术后切口愈合情况更好,Ⅰ类切口感染率平均<0.50%。结论改良备皮法具有一定的实用性、可行性和临床推广的必要性,但必须重视术前皮肤的清洁度,术中要避免环境污染。
OBJECTIVE To discuss the necessity to improve the preoperative skin preparation.METHODS The effects of clinical application of preoperative skin preparation in general surgery department,thoracic surgery department,orthopedics department,urology department,and department of obstetrics and gynecology in 1999-2010 were summarized.RESULTS The postoperative incision could be healed better by using no-shaving-skin method before operation,which meant that the method was only for thorough cleaning without shaving;the average rate of type Ⅰincison infection was less than 0.50%.CONCLUSION Preoperative skin preparation has a certain practicality and feasibility,which is worthy of the promotion in clinic,however we should pay attention to the cleanliness of the skin before the operation so as to avoid the environmental pollution.
