摘要
目的分析脂肪酸气相色谱方法能否应用于耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的同源性分析。方法收集2008年1月-2009年12月重症监护病房住院患者痰标本中分离的43株MRSA;分别运用脉冲场凝胶电泳和脂肪酸气相色谱进行同源性分析。结果脉冲场凝胶电泳结果表明,43株菌有8个克隆;脂肪酸气相色谱分析结果,43株菌存在6个克隆,符合率仅32.56%。结论在菌株同源性判断的准确性上与脉冲场电泳分型还有差距;脂肪酸气相色谱应用于MRSA的同源性分析仍需严谨。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the application of gas chromatographic whole-cell fatty acid for the homology of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA).METHODS A total of 43 MRSA isolates from the sputum of the patients in ICU between Jan 2008 and Dec 2009 were collected.Pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE) and gas chromatographic whole-cell fatty acid were adopted respectively to analyze the homology.RESULTS PFGE analysis revealed that 43 isolates had eight clones;gas chromatographic whole-cell fatty acid analysis showed that 6 clones existed in 43 isolates,and the accordance rate was only 32.56%.CONCLUSION PFGE is superior to the gas chromatographic whole-cell fatty acid on the accuracy of judgment of homology.Gas chromatographic whole-cell fatty acid should be rigorously used for the analysis of homolog of MRSA.
