摘要
新型三塔酒精精馏机组由NSD醪塔、NWD精塔和SNWD精制塔组成,通过生产实践表明,该新型精馏塔有节能降耗、提高产品质量的优点,综合性能优异,经济效益显著,可广泛应用于以瓜干、玉米、木薯、高粱、糖蜜等为原料的酒精厂生产。
New-type three-tower alcohol rectifying facilities are composed of NSD mash tower, NWD rectifying tower and SNWD rectifying tower. Production practice indicated that the new-type facilities have the characteristics of saving energy, decreasing production cost, improving the quality of products,displaying excellent comprehensive performance and producing remarkable economic profits, and it could be widely used in those alcohol plants where dried melon,corn,cassava,Chinese sorghum and honey,etc.are taken as the raw materials.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
