摘要
目的:测定不同株龄及不同生育期的刺五加根和根茎的总皂苷含量以科学定刺五加最佳采收期。方法:采用超声提取-分光光度法测定刺五加根茎中总皂苷含量,利用统计学软件进行统计分析。结果:刺五加根茎中总皂苷含量在不同株龄及不同生育期均呈规律性变化。结论:综合分析各种因素,确定10月下旬为刺五加最佳采收时期。
Objective：To determine the total saponin content of root and rhizome of Acanthopanax senticosus in different growth period and the different plant age and to decide the best harvest time.Methods：By ultrasonic extraction-spectrophotometric to measure the total saponin content in roots of Acanthopanax senticosus,using SPSS13.0 for statistical analysis.Results：The total saponin content of the roots in different growth period and the different plant age showed a regular change.Conclusion：With comprehensive analysis of all factors,for Acanthopanax the best harvest in late October period can be determined.
