秸秆对甲基紫染料吸附性能的研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用浓硫酸处理制备秸秆活性炭,以一定浓度的甲基紫溶液为模拟染料废水,研究了溶液pH值、甲基紫的初始浓度、吸附时间、吸附剂用量因素对甲基紫吸附性能的影响,结果表明:秸秆活性炭是具有高去除率的廉价吸附剂,最大去除率接近90%。甲基紫染料在秸秆上的吸附过程符合二级动力学模型,并计算了相应的吸附动力学参数。 Straw activated carbon was prepared using oil of vitriol. The effects of the factors on the adsorption performance of methyl violet were investigated with methyl violet solution as the simulated dye waste water, such as pH value, the initial concentration of methyl violet solution, adsorption time and adsorption dosage. Results showed that straw activated carbon was a cheap adsorbent which had high removal rate, the best removal rate reached nearly 90%. The adsorption process of methyl violet dye in the straw could be well described by the second order kinetics model, the corresponding adsorption kinetics parameters were calculated.
