摘要
用涂有以过氧戊二酸为主药的消毒剂复方的电话卫生膜进行了杀菌试验。该膜对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿涨杆菌与HBsAg均有良好的灭活作用。贴于电话话筒使用30天,仍有良好消毒作用。
The telephone sanitary membrane is a kind of high molecular membrane coated with perglutaric acid. It is applied on the surface of microphone to kill contaminating microorganisms during use. It was indicated experimentally that the killing rates for Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 99.99～100% after exposure for 1 min and HBsAg could be inactivated after contact with the membrane for 10 min. The membrane can still retain good germicidal effect after uninterrupted use for 30 days.
