摘要
目的通过理论与临床相结合的研究方式构建中风病辨证施护模式,以提高护理效果和患者满意度。方法将200例中风病患者按病区分为观察组104例和对照组96例。对照组采用中医常规护理方案;观察组构建中风病辨证施护模式,采用该模式对患者辨证分型施护。连续14d后评价效果。结果观察组疗效、Barthel指数评价及患者满意度显著高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论中风病辨证施护模式应用于临床效果可靠,患者满意,可作为中医临床护理和研究的借鉴。
Objective To construct a TCM-based care model for stroke by combining theory and clinical practice,and to improve nursing effect and patient satisfaction. Methods Two hundred stroke patients were divided into an observation group（n=104） and a control group（n=96） according to the ward divisions where they were admitted.Conventional TCM-based care was used for the control group;for the observation group,we constructed a TCM-based dialectical care model for stroke,and provided nursing care according to syndrome differentiation based on TCM.The effect was evaluated after 14 days. Results The efficacy,Barthel index,and patient satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and occurrence rate of complications in the observation group was significantly lower（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. Conclusion The TCM-based dialectical care model for stroke is reliable,which can promote clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction.It can be used as a reference for TCM clinical nursing and research.
