2型糖尿病患者尿微量白蛋白与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的相关性分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察2型糖尿病患者尿微量白蛋白与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的相关性,并探讨其临床意义。方法 2型糖尿病患者76例,按测得的尿微量白蛋白分为实验组和对照组,其中尿微量白蛋白≥30mg/L归入实验组,共34例,尿微量白蛋白<30mg/L归入对照组,共42例。采用高分辨率彩色多普勒,分别测量颈动脉内膜中层厚度,采用SPSSV17.0软件进行统计处理。结果两组测得的IMT值分别为(1.22±0.30)mm和(1.06±0.24)mm,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 T2DM患者尿微量白蛋白与颈动脉内膜中层厚度密切相关。
