摘要
目的考察黄芩苷对人肝癌耐药细胞Bel-7402/ADM多药耐药性的逆转机制。方法MTT法考察Baicalin对人肝癌多药耐药细胞的逆转作用。结果 Baicalin逆转Bel-7402/ADM多药耐药性的机制可能与抑制MDR1部分基因产物P-gp、MRP、GSH/GST的表达和诱导细胞凋亡有关。结论Baicalin可能通过抑制MDR1部分基因产物P-gp、MRP、GSH/GST的表达和诱导细胞凋亡逆转Bel-7402/ADM的多药耐药性。
Objective To study the mechanism that Baicalin reverse MDR of Bel-7402. Methods U- sing M'IT methord, analyse reverse effect of Baicalin on MDR of Bel-7402. Results The mechanism which Ba- iealin reversed the muhidrug resistance of Bel-7402/ADM may be assoeiated with inhibition part of the gene product of MDR1, such as P-gp, MRP and GSH / GST over-expression and induction of apoptosis. Conclusion Baicalin may reverse Bel-7402/ADM in muhidrug resistanee by inhibiting over-expression of part of the gene product in MDR1 (P-gp,MRP and GSH/GST) and induced cells apoptosis.
