Fe_2O_3对MgAlON氧化行为的影响

摘要 以Al2O3,MgO和Al粉为原料,Fe2O3为添加物,采用氮化还原工艺,在1550℃保温5h的条件下合成了单相MgAlON。本文结合SEM背散射扫描和EDS分析,探讨了Fe2O3向MgAlON晶格中的固溶情况;利用XRD结果,分析了加入Fe2O3对MgAlON的晶格常数的影响。通过物相分析和晶格常数计算,研究了Fe2O3对MgAlON开始氧化生成α-Al2O3的温度和完全氧化温度的影响,并考察了加入Fe2O3的MgAlON试样在氧化过程中MgAlON晶格常数的变化。
