摘要
HCR工艺具有所需空间少、占地省、设计集成合理、COD降解率高、空气氧利用率高且操作便利安全等优点。在纸浆和造纸工业废水处理的工程实例中 ,其最大的容积负荷达到 70kgCOD/(m3·d) ,反应器单体最大容积为 12 0 0m3,日处理污水量近 2 30 0 0m3,COD的降解率达到 80 % ,而剩余污泥的产率小于 0 2kgSS/kgCOD。
The HCR (High Performance Compact Reactor), an aerobic biological process, has many advantages in cluding the low space requirement, compact design, high degradation performance, high utilization factor of the atmospheric oxygen supplied and environmentally safe operation. The HCR process can operate at extremely high volume load. In treatment of wastewater from the pulp and paper industry a volumetric loading up to 70 kg COD/m 3 per day have been realized at flow rates up to 23 000 m 3/d. In the HCR reactors with a volume up to 1 200 m 3, the COD is reduced by 80% at a surplus sludge production less than 0.2 kg SS/kg COD reduced. There are a lot of kinds industrial waste water with very complex compositions in China. The HCR is a very useful process. To suite the circumstances of China, advanced technology of the developed countries can mainly be introduced, but not all of their equipments.
