摘要
通过对BPO产业发展现状的分析,提出BPO产业对人才的需求特点,并以计算机辅助设计与制造专业为例,针对BPO从业人员的胜任特点,对人才培养提出几点建议。
Through analyzing the current development status of BPO, gives requirements of BPO employee, takes the case of CAD ＆ manufacture specialty, and provides some suggestions on personnel training according to the competencies of BPO employee.
