乳腺导管内癌的影像学诊断研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 乳腺癌已成为全球发病率最高的女性恶性肿瘤之一。乳腺导管原位癌(ductalcarcinomainsitu.DCIS)即导管内癌.作为一种早期乳腺癌.具有可能发展成为浸润性乳腺癌的风险.根据最新报道.有11.2%的DCIS病人在10年内发展为浸润性癌.是正常人的5倍以上。与浸润性癌相比,DCIS病人的死亡率非常低㈣.
