摘要
目的通过对中医药外用治疗足癣的临床文献进行分析研究,寻找足癣外治法的用药、用方规律及了解文献的类型、数量,评估其质量。方法使用《中国期刊全文数据库》和《中国生物医学文献数据库》,以"足癣"、"治疗"为关键词,共检索到与中医药外治临床相关的文章102篇,涉及药味122种。结果在102首方剂中出现的频次最多的中药为苦参,共应用63次;其次为明矾(43次)、蛇床子(41次)等。在122味中药中,清热类药32味,占26.23%,居首位;祛湿类共19味,共占15.58%,居其次;攻毒杀虫止痒药16味,占19.11%,排在第3位。1994—2010年间文献数量呈下降、上升、下降的趋势;其中以2004年文献数量最多。在所纳入的研究文献中,未见到有盲法设计的临床研究,其中以病例总结、经验介绍类文章居多;发表在核心期刊类文章仅有5篇,占4.9%。结论通过对中药外用治疗足癣文献的分析,可以了解中医药外用治疗足癣的用药特点和规律,也可以发现领域研究中所存在的问题,为今后该方面的研究提供思路。
Objective To study traditional Chinese medicine and prescription regular pattern of external treatment method about tinea pedis,and then analyze type,numbers and quality of data.Methods 122 related Chinese herb and 102 prescriptions were found from Chinese Journal Fulltext Database（CJFD） and Chinese Biology Medicine disc（CBM） for making tinea and treatment as Key words most in 122 Chinese herbs,then followed by Eliminating dampness medicine（19,15.58%）,school of medicine poisoning（16,19.11%）.The trend of essay number was dropping,rising,dropping from 1994 to 2010.There was no bind research,and only five（4.9%） essays were published in authoritative journal.Conclusion It is important to analyze the data.We can be informed of the rule of pattern of external treatment method about tinea pedis through the research,and also find the problem in this field.
