摘要
通过问卷调查,对浙江省高校高水平运动队发展现状进行调查。结果表明:浙江省高校招收高水平运动员的学校比例较低,项目较少,生源渠道相对单一;运动员训练时间较少,比赛次数不足;经费不足且主要来源于学校拨款;教练员以兼职担任为主,缺少相应的培训制度。文章据此提出加快运动项目的合理布局,放宽招生政策;增加比赛次数;加大经费投入等发展对策。
Through the questionnaire survey on the development status of university athletic teams in Zhejiang to investi- gate. The results showed that： Zhejiang university to recruit high-level athletes, the lower the proportion of schools, fewer projects, students relative single channel; athletes training in less time, insufficient number of games; inadequate funding comes mainly from the school funding; coaches part-time as lord, the lack of appropriate training systems. Accordingly pro- posed to accelerate the rational distribution of sports, relaxation of admissions policies; to increase the number of games; to increase input of funds and other countermeasures.
