摘要
由于高校学生思维活跃、具有较为强烈的参与意识、多是18～25岁之间的青年,决定了高校学生管理工作的复杂性和特殊性。辅导员的学生管理工作具有管理人数多、工作量大等特点,因此,在工作中会不可避免的存在着一些问题,本研究主要以河南省普通高校为研究对象,对高校学生管理工作的现状和改革策略展开研究。
The active thinking of college students, with a strong sense of participation, mostly young people between the ages of 18 to 25, determines the complexity and specificity oft he management of college students. Counselors＇ management on students has a large number, heavy worldoad and so on, therefore, inevitable in the work there are some problems ofth/s research universities in Henan Province, study on the status of college students management work and the reform strategy.
