摘要
在日益严峻的研究生就业形势下,导师的社会关系影响力就显得十分关键,然而,单一的帮助往往会造成一部分研究生产生不良反应,所以,如何正确地帮助研究生就业,对于研究生导师来说十分关键,应在对学生充分了解的情况下,根据不同情况,利用导师自身影响力对研究生毕业进行帮助,从而达到导师与研究生的和谐发展。
Increasingly serious situation for graduates under the pressure of employment, the instructors＇ social relations influence appears to be very critical, however, a single help will often result in part of the graduate students to produce adverse reactions, therefore, how to help graduate employment, is crucial for the mtorstudents fully understand the circumstances, under different circumstances, the use of mentors influence to help the graduate school, so as to achieve the harmonious development of the instructors and graduate students.
