气体渗碳碳势控制机理及渗层碳浓度分布数学模型

摘要 从吸附角度分析了气体渗碳过程,高温奥氏作中铁对破原子的吸附为物理吸附,碳化物形成无土产生化学吸附。根据所采用渗碳钢的化学成分及渗件表面合联量,对炉气联势进行定量控制。根据菲克定律,在恒定攻势、扩散系数D与联浓度分布无关且为常数的条件下,给出了渗层政浓度分布的数学模型。 The process of gas carburization is analyzed from the view of adsorption.adsorption of Fe to carbon atom in high-temperature austenite is physical adsorption,the carbide,formers produce chemical adsorption.According to carburizing steel's chemical composition and ore's case carbon requirements,the carbon potential of furnace inside atmosphere is controlled quantitatively. According to Fick's law under the constant carbon potential and diffusion coefficient D that has nothing to do with the distribution of carbon concentration and that is constant, themathematical of carburized layer carbon concentration distribution is calculated and given by mathematical- physical equation.
