摘要
为提高我国糖用甜菜的机械化收获水平,研制了4Q-2型甜菜切顶去叶机。在简述机具的结构与工作原理的基础上,详细介绍机具的主要工作部件传动轴总成、悬挂架总成、单体总成、割刀、分叶地轮和变速箱的设计及特点。
4Q-2 type machine for eliminating the sugar beet＇s tops and leaves is designed in an effort to improve the mechanized harvesting level in the line of sugar beet in China. This article explains the structure and working principle of the machine. In particular, the author examines the design and features of its various major parts, including the assembly of transmission shaft, suspension bracket, unit assembly, cutting knife, leaflet ground wheel and gear box as well.
